  • We are committed to providing you with quality swimwear products and hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please read the following return and exchange policy carefully.
  • 1. Return and Exchange Conditions
  • Return/Exchange Period: You can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving the product. Products that are more than 30 days old cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Product Condition: To ensure hygiene and safety, swimwear products must be kept in an unused state when returned or exchanged, and the original tags and original packaging are intact. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of items that have been worn or washed.
  • Unacceptable Products:
  • Any customized products, clearance items or discounted items (such as items clearly marked as final sale).
  • Due to personal hygiene reasons, swimwear products cannot be returned or exchanged if they are opened and used.
  • 2. Return and Exchange Process
  • Return/Exchange Application: If you meet the return/exchange conditions, please contact us through the customer support page of our website or send an email to provide your order number, product information and reason for return/exchange.
  • Return Address: After confirming your return/exchange request, we will provide you with the return address and guide you on how to proceed.
  • Return Postage: If there is a quality problem with the product or we sent the wrong product, the return postage will be borne by us. In other cases, the return postage will be borne by you. We recommend using a trackable mailing service to avoid losing the package.
  • Exchange Processing: If you want to exchange the product, the new product will be processed and shipped after receiving and confirming that the returned product is correct.
  • 3. Refund
  • After we confirm that the returned product meets the return policy, we will process a refund within 7 working days. The refund will be returned using the payment method you used when purchasing.
  • Partial Refund: If the product is damaged, lacks the original packaging or logo, we have the right to make a partial refund based on the actual condition of the product.
  • 4. Special Cases
  • Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will provide you with a return or exchange service and cover the return postage.
  • Miss-shipped Items: If we mistakenly ship the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will provide you with a free return or exchange service.
  • 5. Non-returnable Items
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items will not be accepted for return or exchange once they have been used or opened:
  • Swimwear products (unless there is a quality problem or we sent the wrong item).
  • Underwear, accessories, clearance items, discounted items (such as items clearly marked as final sale).
