Swimwear FAQ

Swimwear FAQ

1. How do I choose the right size for swimwear?

  • Refer to the size chart: Each brand and style may have different sizing, so please refer to our provided size chart and choose the best fit based on your bust, waist, and hip measurements.
  • How to measure: Use a soft measuring tape to accurately measure your bust, waist, and hips. The swimwear should fit snugly, but not be too tight or too loose.
  • What if the size doesn’t fit?: If the swimwear doesn’t fit properly, we offer an exchange service. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange.

2. What materials are the swimwear made of?

Our swimwear is typically made from high-quality materials such as Polyester, Spandex (Lycra), and Nylon. Each fabric has its own characteristics:

  • Polyester: Durable, chlorine-resistant, and UV-resistant, ideal for long-term swimming.
  • Spandex: Flexible and comfortable, perfect for short-term wear.
  • Nylon: Wear-resistant and suitable for leisure swimming, though not as durable as polyester.

3. How should I wash my swimwear?

  • Hand wash preferred: We recommend hand-washing swimwear using cold water and a mild detergent. Avoid using bleach.
  • Avoid machine washing: Machine washing may cause swimwear to lose its elasticity or shape, especially for styles with padding or linings.
  • Drying: After washing, hang the swimwear to dry in a shaded area, away from direct sunlight, to prevent fading and fabric damage.

4. Is the swimwear suitable for competitions or training?

Our swimwear is designed for leisure swimming, water sports, sunbathing, and light training. If you need a professional competition swimsuit, we suggest choosing models specifically made for competitive swimming. These swimsuits are designed to be tighter, chlorine-resistant, and minimize water resistance to enhance performance.

5. How can I prevent my swimwear from fading or losing its shape?

  • Avoid prolonged sun exposure: UV rays from the sun can cause your swimwear to fade, so we recommend drying it promptly after use.
  • Avoid contact with chemicals: Chlorine, perfume, deodorants, and other chemicals may damage the fabric of your swimwear.
  • Rinse your swimwear: After each swim, rinse it thoroughly with fresh water to remove chlorine or seawater, which can degrade the material over time.

6. Is swimwear suitable for all body types?

Yes, our swimwear is designed to fit a variety of body types, and we offer sizes ranging from XS to XXL. Certain styles are more form-fitting, designed to accentuate curves, while others are more relaxed for those who prefer a looser fit.

7. Does the swimwear have lining or padding?

  • Most of our swimwear comes with lining and removable padding. The lining provides extra comfort and support, while the padding enhances bust shape.
  • If you prefer swimwear without lining or padding, please check the product description before purchasing.

8. How can I prevent my swimwear from slipping or not fitting properly?

  • Choose the correct size: Make sure to select the appropriate size based on your bust, waist, and hip measurements. Swimwear should fit snugly but not be overly tight.
  • Supportive designs: Some of our swimwear features built-in support, such as back support or bust reinforcement, to help keep the swimsuit in place.
  • Adjustable straps: Many of our swimsuits come with adjustable straps or ties to customize the fit and prevent slippage.

9. Is swimwear suitable for pregnant women?

Yes, we offer swimwear styles designed specifically for pregnant women, providing extra comfort and flexible designs to accommodate your changing body while offering essential support. Please choose from our dedicated maternity swimwear options.

10. Can the swimwear be used for diving or other water sports?

Our swimwear is mainly designed for swimming, sunbathing, and casual water activities. For more specialized activities like diving, we recommend choosing professional wetsuits or water sports gear that offer more protection and support.

11. How should I choose men's swim trunks?

The choice of men's swim trunks depends on personal preference and use:

  • Speedos (tight swim trunks): Ideal for competitive swimming and training, providing minimal water resistance.
  • Square-leg trunks: More comfortable and suitable for casual swimming.
  • Long swim trunks: Typically more relaxed, offering a looser fit for those who prefer more freedom of movement.

12. Can I return or exchange swimwear?

  • We offer 7-day hassle-free returns and exchanges as long as the swimwear is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain swimwear items (such as bikini tops or swimsuits with intimate linings) are non-returnable. Please refer to our return policy for details.
